Due to the nature of herbal supplements, we have a strict but fair Refund & Returns Policy to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

By placing an order on www.baliherb.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (OPENED PRODUCTS)

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.

Once a product has been opened, unsealed, or used, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

A. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged during delivery.

B. Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product due to our error.

C. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Improper use or storage of products

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Products confiscated by customs (international orders)

  • Orders placed with incorrect delivery information

Ingredients and usage information are clearly provided; customers are responsible for reviewing them before purchase.

4. REPORTING AN ISSUE

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please email support@baliherb.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

5. REVIEW & RESOLUTION PROCESS

Once we receive your request:

  • We will review the information provided

  • We may request additional details

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval (depending on your payment provider).

6. RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

  • Returned items must be unused and in original, unopened condition

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders:

  • All sales are final

  • Customers are responsible for understanding local import regulations

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or confiscations

No refunds will be issued for international shipments refused or seized by customs.

8. CHARGE BACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Refusal of future orders

  • Collection of evidence to dispute the chargeback

9. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
