Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through www.baliherb.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Same-Day Delivery (Bali Only)

Orders placed before 3:00 PM local time are typically processed and delivered the same day.

Orders placed after this time may be delivered the next day.

Orders Outside Bali

Orders shipping to other locations in Indonesia are processed within 1–2 business days.

Business Days

Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. DELIVERY AREAS

A. Bali (Same-Day Delivery)

We deliver across most regions of Bali, including:

  • Canggu

  • Seminyak

  • Kuta

  • Legian

  • Ubud

  • Sanur

  • Denpasar

  • Jimbaran

  • Uluwatu
    (Additional areas available upon request.)

B. Indonesia-Wide Shipping

If offered, we use trusted courier partners such as:
JNE, J&T, Sicepat, Pos Indonesia, or similar.

Delivery times vary by region.

C. International Shipping (Optional)

If you offer this, include:
We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and customs processes vary.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and import regulations.

If not offered, simply remove Section C.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipment weight

  • Courier rates

  • Same-day vs. standard options

Same-day delivery fees in Bali may vary by distance.

Promotional free shipping may be offered at our discretion.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive:

  • A delivery update (for Bali same-day delivery) OR

  • A tracking number (for courier shipments)

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact:

5. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volume

Estimated Delivery Times
  • Bali: Same day or next day

  • Indonesia (major cities): 2–5 business days

  • Indonesia (remote regions): 5–10 business days

  • International shipments: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees.

6. WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing contact information

  • Courier's inability to reach the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, reshipping fees will apply.

7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier or delivery service.

However, we will help you resolve issues.

A. Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the courier first, then contact us.

B. Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the packaging

  • Photo of the damaged product

C. Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

We may offer replacements or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS

(Only applies if you ship internationally)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Legal compliance with local supplement regulations

Bali Herb is not responsible for confiscated items or delays caused by customs authorities.

9. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees may apply

  • A restocking fee may be applied at our discretion
